Overview
BITKRAFT has formed the BITKRAFT Advisory Board (BAB) to add further depth and major market experience to our team. We are excited to welcome our new advisors Jen MacLean (Head of Worldwide Business Development for Small and Mid-sized Studios at Amazon Web Services), TQ Jefferson (Chief Product Officer at Survios), Pany Haritatos (Head of Games at Snapchat), and Bernhard Mogk (SVP of Business Development at ESL).
The BAB brings significant experience in areas crucial to our portfolio companies, including licensing & business development, marketing & distribution, scaling, as well as technology, and will support us with dealflow.
Spotlight on the Board Members

Jen leads worldwide business development for small and mid-sized game studios at Amazon Web Services where she helps developers of all expertise levels leverage the power of cloud technologies to build great game experiences and scalable live operations. Jen started her career in game development as a playtester at Microprose, and then expanded her roles to direct product development, business development, and management teams at large and small companies.

TQ is a former VP in Disney’s Games & Interactive Experiences group with more than 20 years in the games industry. He has extensive experience in leveraging IP and has done so with shows and products such as the TV series “The Walking Dead” and iconic cross-media IP like the Marvel Universe and Pixar. TQ currently serves as Chief Product Officer for Survios.

Pany is a veteran game entrepreneur and executive with many years of experience in game development, publishing, and platforms. Before Snapchat, he spent several years at game publisher and platform Kongregate, where he helped grow the company through several important milestones including a sale to MTG in 2017 and took the lead as CEO in 2019. Before Kongregate, Pany was an executive at social gaming company Zynga.

Bernhard is the lead for worldwide business development at ESL. During that time he has been responsible for all group-wide B2B revenue, building and overseeing all commercial units, launching blue-chip companies into the esports sphere, and creating global partnerships and joint ventures across industries. Bernhard got his start in digital marketing and sales at RTL Group.
